Dr. Michael Cromer
Medical Director
Dr. Michael Cromer, MD, is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice and by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Cromer has been practicing since 1989.
He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK. He completed his Family Practice residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. He started Northwest Family Medical Center in Tampa, FL, as a solo practice in 1989.
Dr. Cromer is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and American Society of Addiction Medicine. He recently served as the president of the Hillsborough County Medical Association in 2020 and in 2021 he was delegated to the board of Florida Academy of Family Physicians.
He is married to Carol and has two grown sons and one daughter.
Carol Cromer
Owner
Carol holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science and Clinical Pharmacology from Oral Roberts University, as well as a Master’s degree in Science Education and Research. Her graduate research was published in “Familial Alzheimer’s Disease – Molecular Genetics and Clinical Perspectives,” reflecting her strong foundation in advanced medical science.
She has extensive experience in both academia and clinical research, having served as an adjunct science professor at St. Petersburg College, Hillsborough Community College, and the University of Tampa. In 2002, Carol founded Tampa Clinical Research, where she led and participated in over 100 pharmaceutical clinical trials.
Over the past decade, Carol has co-developed Premier Image with her husband, Dr. Michael Cromer She remains actively involved in evaluating and researching all treatments offered, ensuring a medically driven, evidence-based approach to patient care.
Outside of her professional work, Carol enjoys traveling, reading, the theatre, beach getaways and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband are happy to have their three adult children and daughter-in-law living nearby in Tampa.

Kelly Dunn
Physician's Assistant
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Structural Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1998. After two years of clinical experience in a pediatric practice, she pursued advanced medical training and graduated with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Florida in 2002.
Since 2004, Kelly has worked alongside Dr. Cromer in family medicine, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages. Kelly began practicing at Premier Image in 2024 where Dr. Cromer serves as a Medical Director. She provides specialized care in medical weight loss and hormone replacement therapy, helping patients achieve balance, vitality, and improved overall health. Kelly also continues to practice with Dr. Cromer in his new concierge medical practice which opened in January 2025.
She is excited to be in both practices where she can dedicate more time to each patient and deliver highly personalized care focused on prevention and long-term wellness.
Kelly has been married to her husband, Jason, since 2005. They have two children and a chocolate Labrador Retriever. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, attending and watching sports events, and spending time with family and friends. Go Gators!

I’ve spent the past two years working alongside Dr. Michael Cromer and Carol Cromer in a medical aesthetic setting, where I’ve expanded my skills in laser and advanced treatments using the Venus Versa platform. That experience has shaped the way I approach skincare today; combining clinical knowledge with a more personal, customized touch.
My clients know they can trust me for honest guidance, customized care, and an experience that feels just as good as the results look.
