Dr. Michael Cromer, MD, is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice and by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Cromer has been practicing since 1989.

He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK. He completed his Family Practice residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. He started Northwest Family Medical Center in Tampa, FL, as a solo practice in 1989.

 

Dr. Cromer is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and American Society of Addiction Medicine. He recently served as the president of the Hillsborough County Medical Association in 2020 and in 2021 he was delegated to the board of Florida Academy of Family Physicians.

 

He is married to Carol and has two grown sons and one daughter.

Kelly graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in cell and structural biology.

 

After working in a pediatric office for 2 years, she went back to school to further her working career. She graduated from The University of Florida in 2002 with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies and has been working in family practice since graduation.

 

Kelly has been with Northwest Family Medical Center since 2004. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.

 

Kelly was honored to be awarded with the 2012 Bob Scully PA of the Year award by the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.

Hannah is a dedicated nurse practitioner with over 7 years of experience in family practice. Committed to empowering patients to achieve their health goals and enhance their aesthetics, she strives to foster wellness in every encounter.

Throughout her career, she has found immense fulfillment in collaborating with patients, guiding them towards optimal health and supporting their journey towards wellness. Whether it's managing chronic conditions, providing preventive care, or addressing aesthetic concerns, she approaches each interaction with compassion, empathy, and a deep commitment to personalized care.
 

Beyond the walls of the clinic, Hannah enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. You can often find her exploring the great outdoors or simply relishing precious moments with family and friends.
 

Hannah is an active member of the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council, American Nursing Informatics Association, and Florida Nurses Association. She is also board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
 

With a blend of clinical expertise, genuine compassion, and a passion for healthcare, Hannah is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Doreen is board certified in Family Practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

 

She received her undergraduate degree from St. Petersburg College in Clearwater, Florida, and her Master’s and Doctoral degrees from the University of South Florida.

 

Her patients describe her as a holistic provider with a listening ear, insistent on finding the source of their medical problems.
