Meet The Providers
Dr. Cromer is board certified by the American Academy of Family Practice and by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Cromer has been practicing since 1989.
He attended medical school at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK. He completed his Family Practice residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL. He started Northwest Family Medical Center as a solo practice in 1989. He is also Medical Director of Passport Health, as well as Tampa Clinical Research, which are both located in Tampa, FL. Dr. Cromer is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Academy of Family Physicians, and American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is married to Carol and has two grown sons and one daughter
Dr. Nagel graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music with an emphasis on Computer Science. After graduation, she worked as a computer programmer for a medical laboratory, Nortel, and Nintendo. She then received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida in 2004. Dr. Nagel attended medical school at the University of Florida graduating with multiple awards in community service and research from the Institute Pasteur in Paris, France. She did her residency training in Pediatrics at Wake Forest in Winston-Salem, NC, then transitioned into Family Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, and Family Medicine at Latrobe Area Hospital in Latrobe, PA in 2014. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Florida Academy of Family Physicians.
Christian Neller, PA-C, graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Minor in Public Health. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Clinical Medical Science at Barry University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She joined Northwest Family Medical Center in January, 2011. She is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Kelly graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in cell and structural biology. After working in a pediatric office for 2 years, she went back to school to further her working career. She graduated from The University of Florida in 2002 with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies and has been working in family practice since graduation. Kelly has been with Northwest Family Medical Center since 2004. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Kelly was honored to be awarded with the 2012 Bob Scully PA of the Year award by the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Ashley Collum graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. While working as a cardiothoracic nurse, she attended the University of South Florida for her Master’s degree to become an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) specializing in Family Practice. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, West Coast Council of Advanced Nursing Practice, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners
Megan Wagner graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida with her bachelors degree in Biology and with minors in Chemistry and Religion. She then attended Barry University’s Physician Assistant Program and holds her Masters degree in Clinical and Medical Sciences.
She is board certified by the National Certifying Commission of Physician Assistants, is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
